PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

At the private YSF Studio, we provide a 55-minute session that offers safe and effective instruction through a workout tailored to your individual needs. Our sessions include elements of both aerobic and anaerobic training, coaching on form, a variety of exercises to train individual muscles or the full body, as well as guidance through proper warm-up and cool-down routines. As a weekly client, you will receive access to ongoing email support for any questions, with a guaranteed response within 24 hours.

MONTHLY WORKOUT PLANS

A personalized workout plan tailored to your lifestyle. Plans include an initial virtual or in person planning session where we will discuss your short and long term goals, any existing barriers, availability and everything in between. Clients who have two or more sessions per month will receive this service free of charge. All plans include access to email support, with a guaranteed response within 24 hours.

Get to know Graeme.

My name is Graeme Nash, and I have been a personal trainer since 2015. Currently, I hold NASM-CPT certification. I have always been passionate about athletics, participating in a variety of team sports and even training as a wrestler. However, at certain stages in my life, I experienced shame and self-worth issues due to my physical appearance. These emotions not only limited my enjoyment of things I love but also convinced me that I held less value as a person.My goal is to create a safe, informative, empowering, and body-positive environment in the fitness world. I want to help people struggling with feelings of inadequacy and shame to learn and grow. Everyone has unique ambitions and circumstances when it comes to their health and well-being, and I am prepared to work with you to help you reach your goals. I am excited to have the opportunity to help you define your fitness standards.
